Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to paid subscription plans on tradeloggr.app, operated by CSignals Ltd. We comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. During this period, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, unless you have explicitly consented to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledged that this waives your cancellation right.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings within the tradeloggr app. Alternatively, contact us at accounts@tradeloggr.app.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Within the 14-day cooling-off period (full refund)
  • Service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours (pro-rata refund)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges (full refund of excess)

Refund Process

To request a refund, email accounts@tradeloggr.app with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process refunds within 5-10 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email.
