These Terms govern your use of tradeloggr operated by CSignals Ltd.

By using tradeloggr, you agree to these Terms.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the platform legally

tradeloggr is a trading journal platform.

We do not execute trades, do not provide signals, and do not provide financial advice.

All data is informational only.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and not share credentials.

You may delete your account and export your data at any time.

Plans:

• Free
• Paid (£9.99 monthly / £99 yearly)

Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel anytime. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Users receive a 14-day refund period under UK consumer law.

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Paid users may participate in our affiliate program.

• 20% recurring commission
• £100 minimum payout
• PayPal payouts
• Manual payouts

We may terminate affiliates at any time.

Users may upload notes, images, and trading data. You are responsible for your content.

We may remove content that violates laws, is abusive, or is harmful.

tradeloggr is not financial advice, does not guarantee profits, and is informational only.

Trading involves risk. You are responsible for your decisions.

Service is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.

We are not liable for trading losses, financial losses, or service interruptions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

In accordance with the ADR Regulations 2015, we inform you that we do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution provider for consumer disputes. If you have a complaint, please contact us at accounts@tradeloggr.app and we will endeavour to resolve it directly.

If you have a complaint about our service, please email accounts@tradeloggr.app with details. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days.
